Mirage 35 (Opinion about this sail boat?)
Posted by:
![]() Date: 10/18/2016 06:12PM Hi folks, I have owned a number of sailboats. I am looking at a Mirage 35 at present. If any of you know of their sea keeping abilities I would love to hear from you. Are they a safe boat for coastal cruising?
Many thanks, Mike Casey Halifax, Nova Scotia Re: Mirage 35 (Opinion about this sail boat?)

![]() ![]() Date: 07/27/2017 02:18PM The Mirage 35 is a 33 disguised in a 35 by a reverse transom adding 2' to the length but otherwise its a 33..
Its a Perry design.. Not the fastest of boats and excellent for inland or coastal sailing. This is not an offshore/blue water boat. [en.wikipedia.org] Salutations, Eric ![]() |
